Administrative and Special Events
Winter Park and Denver: Volunteers are needed to assist with orientations, registrations, clinic check-ins, data entry, mailings and event preparation. The administrative volunteer commitment is 72 hours. All volunteers must complete their hours between September 1, 2012 and May 31, 2013.
Special Events Volunteers are needed for the wide array of Special Events held throughout the year. Events and responsibilities for which volunteers are needed include, but are not limited to, the following:
Wells Fargo Ski Cup: March 1-3, 2013
Swag Bag Stuffing, Event Set-Up, Registration, Hospitality Tent, Security, Event Clean-Up
FORZAbility Ride: March 14, 2013
Swag Bag Stuffing (prior to event), Event Set-Up, Registration
Corks & Forks Beer, Wine and Food Festival: August 4, 2013
Event Set-Up, Registration, Event Clean-Up
Fans on the Field: September 2013
Swag Bag Stuffing (prior to event), Packet Pick-Up (prior to and day-of event), Event Set-Up, Event Clean-Up, Security, Course Marshals, Start Line Aid, Finish Line Aid, T-Shirt Exchange
