Therapeutic Horse Riding Supervisor
NARHA or CHA certification
3 years experience
May 10-October 3
$640-$720/ weekly DOE

This is a full-time seasonal hourly position and is responsible for the supervision and daily operation of the therapeutic horseback riding program including planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation phases. The position will coordinate all riding center upkeep, barn duties and horse care as well as supervise riding center instructors, interns, and volunteers as assigned. The Programs Supervisor will also provide direct client service through instruction in the therapeutic horseback riding program and participate heavily in the program budgeting process. The Program Supervisor will also assist in writing operational plans for necessary licenses and permits and coordinating off-site facility arrangements for the program.
Year round possibility for this person depending on skill set.

Therapeutic Horse Riding Instructor
NARHA or CHA certification preferred but not required
1 year experience in teaching equitation required
May 24-September 19 (position is 3-days per week from August 23-September 19) $11-$12.50 per hour DOE This is a full-time seasonal hourly position. The therapeutic horse riding instructor teaches therapy lessons to individuals with disabilities daily, performs barn duties and routine horse care, and helps to guide volunteers in their duties.
